Zeen 框架和結構金屬組件（包括配件上的結構金屬組件）的保養期為 a 2-year period, starting on the date we ship the item to you. We guarantee against structural deformities or manufacturing defects under normal use during this time-period. All non-structural parts, including non-structural components on accessories, will be covered under normal use for a period of 6-months from the date we ship out of our factory, including: tires, brakes, cables, springs, seat, fabric, and plastic components.

我們的保養不涵蓋疏忽、濫用、不當使用、非原廠改裝，或未按照ance with our written and video instructions. The warranty is only valid if your Zeen is registered with Exokinetics within 30 days from date of receipt.

收到產品後請立即填寫並寄回所提供的 Zeen 產品登記卡。本保養 is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser, or gift recipient who receives a Zeen promptly after original purchase.

保養不涵蓋因以下原因造成的 Zeen（或其部件）損壞：
1) 調整不當。
2) 未更換易磨損零件而導致的損壞。
3) 紫外線和環境影響，例如油漆或其他組件的正常風化。
4) 不當使用、使用方式與我們的書面及影片說明不一致，或疏忽。
5) 運送包裝不當 — 僅可使用 Zeen 原裝包裝運送。

組件保養詳情：Exokinetics 將根據合理判斷，確定缺陷是由於材料或l or manufacturing defects during the warranty period and will repair, replace, or reimburse qualifying defects at its sole discretion.

如果在維修或退貨過程中，Exokinetics 要求退回組件或 Zeen 裝置，Exokinetics 將提供Return Authorization number for the return shipment.

本保養範圍內所有符合條件的維修和更換之運輸費用將由 Exokinetics 承擔，前提是y originate from within the United States and US territories. Eligible repairs and replacements must be shipped in the original Zeen packaging and per packaging methods provided by Exokinetics. Shipping methods will be determined solely by Exokinetics. If a particular component is eligible for warranty, and the original part is no longer available, Exokinetics will provide the closest available alternative.
